Norm received his CGA designation in 1976 and has been in public practice for 50 years.
Norm has lived in Prince George since 1967 and he and his family are active in many sports groups and various organizations including still being active with the Old Timers Hockey Association. Norm is currently on the Board of Directors for Integris Credit Union, Past President of the Downtown Rotary Club, a lifetime member of the YMCA and was awarded the City of Prince George Community Service award in 2011.

Dave received his CGA designation in 1987 and has been working in public practice for 29 years. He joined Schmitz, Anderson & Nielsen in September 1996.
Dave is a long time resident of Prince George. He leads a busy family life and is a committed cycling enthusiast. Dave is a member of the Estate Planning Council, a member of the Prince George-Nechako Rotary club,and a Director for the Northern Uganda Development Fund. Always active in the local CGA chapter, Dave received the J.M. MacBeth Award of Merit in 2009.

Carla joined the Schmitz, Anderson & Nielsen team in 2008, and became a partner with the firm in January 2014. Carla received her CGA designation in 2012 after having completed her B.Comm. in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2009.
Carla is the Treasurer of the Prince George-Nechako Rotary club and is involved with Operation Red Nose.

Leona received her CGA designation in 1992 while working in public practice. She then spent 8 years working as a Controller for a local business prior to joining Schmitz, Anderson & Nielsen team in 1997.
Leona is active in the community, a member of the Rotary club of Prince George-Nechako holding the positions of President in the 2014-2015 year, Treasurer for 10 years, and currently as Fund Raising Chair for Operations Red Nose. She is also currently the secretary for the United Way of Northern British Columbia, a position she has held for the past 7 years. Previously, Leona was the Chairperson of the local CGA Association and Treasurer, as well as the Chairperson of the Teletalkers Toastmasters Club. Leona has lived in Prince George with her family since 1966.

Drew joined the Schmitz, Anderson & Nielsen team in 2009 after spending 5 years in commercial banking the RBC and BMO. Drew received his CGA designation in 2012 after having completed his B.Comm. majoring in Accounting at the University of Northern British Columbia. Prior to this Drew completed his diploma in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Finance at the College of New Caledonia. At Schmitz, Anderson & Nielsen, Drew works with personal and corporate taxation along with financial statement preparation.
